Marketing Account Director
As the strategic lead for our clients, your focus will be 3-fold;
Ensuring their strategic direction is defined in line with their business needs & ambitions, and that a plan is made and delivered on, in line with these.
As well as keeping updated on accounts to ensure they are profitable and growing whilst also being the barometer for client satisfaction, ensuring we have happy client partners that understand the value we bring in creating better business for them.
Finally, you’ll ultimately take responsibility for the delivery of quality creative work that meets the brief and is error-free.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Understanding our client’s ambition and challenges, particularly within the context of their market
- Understanding our client’s competitor set and, conversely, industry cues to adhere to, identifying opportunities for difference
- Working across our varied client base, originating big picture strategies and project recommendations, then ensuring your team delivers your vision
- Ensuring all jobs and retainers are set-up to succeed financially, then report internally on account profitability (during and after, via wash-ups, as standard)
- Focusing on delivering measurable results and working with the Digital Marketing AD to create a compelling narrative to deliver outcomes in the best light
- Feeding into, reviewing and critiquing the weekly status and monthly digital reports, to ensure content is accessible, salient, reflects the month’s activities & progress and is in line with the client’s strategy
- Identifying a constant stream of organic growth opportunities for clients, above and beyond their requirements, to add value and drive additional revenue opportunities for Think
- Working with studio team to deliver best-in-class creative
- Inspiring the wider team through best practice, ideas and inspiration
- Being the first port of call to troubleshoot issues
- Helping in refining and following best practice process, whilst holding the wider team accountable for this too
- Pro-actively keeping up-to-date with new and emerging trends in and beyond your client’s industries
- Working with the wider Think Studio team to share insights and inputs for new business proposals
- Supporting the wider account
