Digital Marketing Account Director

As our Digital Marketing Account Director, we’re looking for someone to bring brilliant thinking and doing to help make us and our clients better. 

Our ideal match would be someone looking to make a lasting impact by demonstrating curiosity, strategic thinking and entrepreneurial spirit within our strategies. 

You’ll have ultimate oversight of: 

  • Understanding the ambitions of each of our digital marketing clients and creating a dynamic strategic marketing plan to lead them to success   
  • Interprets and interrogates the data & research conducted by the digital team to create insightful learnings and clear recommendations for clients. 
  • Overseeing monthly client reporting and ensuring they are relevant and actionable for clients 
  • Bringing innovation and new thinking to client meetings and strategies, positioning yourself as the expert in all digital channels 
  • Working closely with clients and the client management team to understand changing needs, context and market nuance to ensure our strategies are always relevant, and being agile when they need to evolve 
  • Managing 2 x brilliant Marketing Managers and an Exec, ensuring their development is nurtured and celebrated 
  • Ensuring all campaigns are monitored for success and are on time and budget 
  • Monitoring workload within your team to balance productivity and client needs with realistic expectations and future resource needs 
  • Retaining our clients through outstanding delivery and growth 
  • Driving our internal marketing strategy 


Ideally, we’d love it if you have: 

  • Experience running digital marketing campaigns for clients across PPC, SEO and social media 
  • An understanding of the inner workings of all digital marketing tools 
  • Experience liaising between the digital marketing team and design team to ensure outstanding creative assets for campaigns 
  • Ability to assist the new business team in winning new digital marketing accounts, by demonstrating subject matter expertise 
  • A desire to immerse yourself in all new digital marketing trends & new tech advancements, sharing this knowledge both internally and externally to clients 
  • A generous and collaborative nature, giving others space while stretching and encouraging them to grow  
  • A positive energy that clients put their trust in, which enables you to communicate and influence the adoption of brave solutions 
  • A rigorous eye for quality and attention to detail
