Digital Performance Executive

We are looking for a talented and energetic digital marketing enthusiast to join our branding and digital marketing agency at a time of significant growth.

We’ve got stacks of lovely, interesting work coming in and need someone prepared to give it their all, both in effort and enthusiasm.

Working across a variety of clients, your primary focus will be supporting the busy Digital Performance team to deliver the work required across Paid Social, PPC and SEO.

Our ideal candidate has 1+ year experience working in digital marketing, or perhaps you’re a graduate who’s either studied marketing or learned your trade another way.

You’ll be:

  • Obsessed with all things digital and how to apply it for profit
  • Immersed in the world of Paid Social, knowledgeable about all the usual platforms (Google, FB, Linkedin, Twitter, Instagram)
  • Keen to learn (more) about AdWords and Google Analytics

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Carrying out client audits, then looking at competitors to understand where there are opportunities to stand-out
  • Supporting the team with keyword research
  • Pulling together content calendars with short and long-term activity
  • Spending time looking at wider-world trends, sharing insights to help client strategy
  • Helping to pull data for reports, so we can measure and present our successes
  • Asking questions about the client’s wider ambitions and needs to understand what’s
    important to the client
  • Managing and developing our client’s paid social strategy, maximising ROI for them
  • Suggesting ways to achieve the client’s ambitions through the gamut of Paid Digital
    Media, delivered through a truthful and impactful narrative
  • Helping Client Services with content creation
  • Keeping CMS updated, in-line with brand guidelines
  • Research target audiences and explore the best channels to reach them
  • Learning how to best build, maintain and optimise paid search campaigns across Google, Bing, Facebook & more, and how best to monitor budget and adjust bids to gain better ROI
  • Pro-actively keeping up-to-date with new and emerging trends, features & tools

Your skills:

  • 1+ years working on or around PPC & Paid Social Campaigns (if you’re a graduate, we’d love to see how you’ve learned your trade)
  • An understanding of Google Ads platform
  • Knowledge of Facebook & LinkedIn Ad Managers
  • A pro-active and problem-solving approach to digital marketing
  • Buckets of initiative
  • Strong & succinct copy writing
  • Great attention to detail across words, numbers and graphics
