Marketing Account Manager

As our Account Manager, we’re looking for someone to bring brilliant thinking and doing to help make us and our clients better.

Our ideal match would be someone who demonstrates curiosity, insight, strategic thinking entrepreneurial spirit and a devil’s-in-the-detail attitude to delivery. We’ve got a supportive team that have these too.

Working closely with clients and the wider Client Services team, your focus will be on getting things planned, actioned and delivered on time. But the role doesn’t begin & end there – once the brilliant basics are in place, we’re always looking to support the expansion of roles to suit individual skills and interests.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Working across our varied client base, managing and implementing a strategic plan that delivers to the client’s brief
  • Writing detailed internal briefs and managing the design rollout, delivery of campaigns, all supporting on and off-line collateral elements and website content, ensuring consistency and alignment with the strategy
  • Liaising with the client day-to-day, including meetings & minutes, status calls, setting & managing timelines, updates & proposals, contact reports and overall end-to end delivery of projects – right first time
  • Focusing on delivering measurable results, such as traffic growth, enquiries, sign-ups or sales
  • Being responsible for tracking all your time in THOR, as well as checking that client’s retainers and timings are being used efficiently
  • Inspiring, challenging and critiquing all studio output to ensure client’s brief is met and exceeded, bringing projects alive in a creative way
  • Identifying opportunities for clients, above and beyond their requirements, to always add value and drive additional revenue opportunities
  • Pro-actively keeping up-to-date with new and emerging trends
  • Working with the wider Business Development team to share insights and inputs for new business proposals
