Senior Account Manager

Working closely with clients and the wider team, your focus will be 2-fold; Firstly, getting things planned, actioned and delivered on time & budget. And secondly, bringing your experience to really explore and push added-value thinking to make our client’s business better.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Working across our varied client base, originating, managing and implementing marketing strategies and plans that deliver to the client’s ambitions
  • Writing detailed internal briefs and managing the design execution, delivery of campaigns and all supporting on and off-line elements, ensuring consistency throughout
  • Ensuring all briefs are in-line with the client’s positioning, strategy and brand
  • Liaising with the client day-to-day, including meetings & minutes, status calls, setting & managing timelines, updates & proposals, contact reports and overall end-to end delivery of projects – right first time
  • Focusing on delivering measurable results, such as traffic growth, enquiries, sign-ups or sales
  • Sense-checking all studio output; working with the studio team to drive right-first-time outputs
  • Using our internal system, THOR, to book studio resource, ensuring schedules are full, to deliver against timing plans
  • Being responsible for tracking all your time in THOR, as well as checking that client’s retainers and timings are being used efficiently
  • Working with the wider CS team to input into daily studio WIP, to manage expectations on delivery
  • Inspiring, challenging and critiquing all studio output to ensure client’s brief is met and exceeded, bringing projects alive in a creative way
  • Helping in refining and following best practice process, whilst holding the wider team accountable for this too
  • Working closely with our digital performance team, to ensure the client’s key messaging is consistent both on & offline, supporting where necessary
  • Challenging the digital performance team to ensure their output is aligned with the client’s needs
  • Feeding into, reviewing and critiquing the monthly digital report, to ensure content is accessible, salient, reflects the month’s activities & progress and is in line with the client’s strategy
  • Keeping website content consistent, refreshed and up-to-date in CRM capabilities
  • Working with the Digital and wider CS teams to write (and proof) compelling copy with SEO at the forefront and in-line with brand guidelines
  • Becoming an authority to your clients, instilling confidence with your consistent delivery
  • Identifying opportunities for clients, above and beyond their requirements, to always add value and drive additional revenue opportunities for Think
  • Carrying out pro-active competitor analysis to help sell-in new thinking
  • Pro-actively keeping up-to-date with new and emerging trends in and beyond your client’s industries
  • Working with the wider Think Studio team to share insights and inputs for new business proposals
  • Managing upwards to ensure due process is followed across the wider business
  • Working on internal brand positioning and realisation projects to take Think to the next level of growth
