Studio Manager
Working across the breadth of the business alongside the UX, design, account management, development, digital performance and senior management teams, we see your focus as being 4-fold:

- Have proven experience of process and workflow management within a fast-paced agency environment
Your responsibilities in a little more detail:
Process
- Help refine, implement and champion core processes and tools
- Lead by example and be the driving force on accountability
- Have an eye on learnings & continual improvement
Planning
- Manage day-to-day scheduling and workflow, ensuring all briefs are clear
- Balance productivity with creativity, ensuring tasks are given the time they need
- Support projects being delivered within budget by keeping an eye on the figures
People
- Helping to attract, screen and onboard the right team for the job
- Ensure the team have the tools and support they need to deliver outstanding
- Facilitate cohesive communication around the wider business plan
Performance
- Interrogate project metrics, with a focus on timesheets
- Report on productivity and project learnings
- Forecast resource needs, flagging possible bottlenecks and requirements
