Web Designer

Want to work with SME’s and interesting global brands? As our Web Designer, we’re looking for someone to bring brilliant thinking and doing to help make us and our clients better.
Our ideal match would be someone who demonstrates curiosity, insight, strategic thinking entrepreneurial spirit and a devil’s-in-the-detail attitude to delivery. We’ve got a supportive
team that have these too.

Working across a range of industries including FMCG, leisure & tourism, finance, healthcare, industrial and SaaS, we’ve got lots of exciting projects coming up.


  • Have a minimum of 3 years digital design experience, with a tasty portfolio (formal or informal design education is fine with us). UX education certificate is a bonus
  • Are highly experienced and not afraid to speak up and offer your perspective
  • Are highly organised and pro-active
  • Are self-motivated and independent
  • Have a likeable, sunny, optimistic outlook
  • Know your stuff and get excited by a client’s success
  • Are metrics-led in your thinking
  • Pride yourself on being up-to-date & highly proficient in the latest platform developments and advancements

What your days might look like:

  • Working with exacting brand guidelines
  • Flexing your expert knowledge of UX design process: wireframing, building sitemaps, user journeys, high fidelity prototypes
  • Utilising your expert-level software knowledge of all Adobe CC packages – Figma is a bonus
  • Collaborate with developers and understand web systems
  • Confidently present and get buy-in to your ideas, both internally and to clients
  • Refine your understanding of HTML, CSS and responsive design & web accessibility
  • Support ad hoc design output when required by the wider studio
  • Ensure a high level of design ‘purpose’ is being achieved through all client work
  • Inspire, challenge and critique all studio output to ensure client’s brief is met and exceeded, bringing projects alive in a creative way
  • Pro-actively keep up-to-date with new and emerging trends, and share these
