As Fintech leaders, Exact supports the UK’s leading Alternative and Tax Efficient Investment Managers with Libris, a modern, integrated, fully hosted and best-in-class digital solution.
Looking to create a more memorable brand, Exact engaged Think Studio to work across two demanding briefs; firstly, to refresh its brand and better position the already-distinctive business by elevating it to be more reflective of its large market share. And secondly, to translate the brand to a new website as the vanguard of a new digital marketing strategy.
Our primary focus was to establish brand clarity and understand where best to focus for most impact; the Exact Financial System, the company, or Libris, the branded product that customers are buying. Whilst both have primary importance for differing end-users, Libris was a more established brand with solid equity that we could leverage. Hence, we reinvigorated both identities to ensure they worked in harmony as part of a family of brands, but with Libris sitting at the helm.
To meet ambitious timings, we took a phased approach to expedite the website. High-end prototype visuals and focused, collaborative meetings enabled a quick turnaround on amends, which meant a fully-working html version of the site was live for an imminent trade show. Subsequently, we delivered a fully content-managed version.
