From Gut Health to Digital Health
For more than 50 years, Grayshott Health Spa has been one of the premier addresses in the UK for health care and wellbeing. The property, with over 47 acres of breath-taking landscape, is just an hour’s drive from London. With 59 rooms and 36 treatment rooms, the multi-award-winning spa offers programmes for the cleansing of the digestive system, weight loss, but also for regeneration after injuries or illnesses.
Acquired jointly by the Lanserhof Group and London and Regional Properties in 2016, Grayshott Health Spa has ambitions to grow its brand and strengthen its focus and success in the medical wellness sector. Think Studio was appointed as digital agency with a remit to support the efforts of the marketing team in terms of online brand marketing and digital advertising.
Despite being a high-value destination, Grayshott Health Spa markets to the ‘want’ leisure sector marketplace as well as to prospective customers with more personal recuperation and recovery needs and therefore, we were mindful of the marketing material being balanced and sensitive.

Of recent note is the launch of a new and enhanced Grayshott Health Spa website where we have worked to bring a new level of mobile responsiveness, improve page load times and search optimisation. Visually, the site has also been enhanced with improved creative appeal and style.
In addition to the responsiveness gains, new focus has also been brought to the website’s UX as every step is taken to maximise enquiry potential and reducing cost per acquisition (CPA) rates.
The new site facilitates an additional content marketing strategy as expert advice, tips and support are provided to customers from Grayshott Health Spa’s Health regime, fitness, wellbeing and treatment experts.
2017 saw the launch of a significant digital advertising campaign (display, text and remarketing) which has delivered high above expectation results.
