vertemax™ (formely Tammet Systems), the UK’s leading edge protection company, were looking to evolve into a global player within the workzone security market. Think Studio was appointed to help rebrand the company and support its ambitious marketing plans, within a limited time-frame.
The team took part in our EnVisioning Programme where the full rebrand was researched, concepted, named, explained and designed within a remarkable six weeks. What marked this project apart were the lengths required to go to in terms of gathering both internal and external (customer, supplier and prospective customer) perceptions, mapping not only their value perceptions but their comparable market-wide perceptions. From this intelligence, we were able to form the brand vision, values and voice which we believed the brand name and visual identity should distinctively represent.
vertemax™ was selected as a new brand name because of its aptness and distinctiveness.
Key components to the brand journey were formally introducing new messaging, including the principle use of ‘workzone safety’ referring to vulnerable work sites, such as construction or other industrial sites, where safety must remain increasingly safety focused. A campaign was forged spanning direct marketing, social media, email and search marketing, trade advertising and PR, to explain the positive rationale behind the new positioning and the new brand vision.
In tandem, we worked to a short timeframe in designing and developing a powerful web-presence. Scalable, versatile, intuitively navigable and impactful, it is also adaptable to multi-territories as the company was expanding on global scale.
