CHALLENGE

MyTownMyCity delivers transformative place marketing for towns and cities challenged with building essential customer connectivity, engagement and loyalty.  Think Studio was engaged to develop, maintain and support the platform as MyTownMyCity starts to expand across the UK.

DELIVERY

The team behind MyTownMyCity manages all commercial parts of the business and our role, at Think Studio, is looking after the brand and digital areas, including R&D, development and partner scheme support.

The platform consists of a growing range of supported media and capability, including a core web-app which we designed to be easy to maintain and rich with content (largely user-generated).  Supporting these features are printed guides and map products.

We have also introduced a loyalty app (incorporating a digital loyalty functionality) and a personalised (suggested) results mode based on preferences, behaviour and like-minded audience activity. One of the greatest benefits of the product for the client is its ‘stickiness’ with a growing list of meaningful, useful and inspiring ways to use and exploit the platform.
