Succeed, a specialist social care consultancy which offers a better way to solve strategic, operational and retention challenges within the industry, enlisted Think Studio to create a standout brand, shape a distinctive and compelling image and formulate a powerful message to match their ambitions to deliver change.
After participating in our Brand EnVisioning Programme, the brief went beyond brand launch and there was a need to build the business long-term to include website, strategic and campaign marketing to grow Succeed’s market presence, reputation and commercial appeal.
With the broad idea in place, we were tasked to help refine and sharpen their thinking. It was an open-minded and receptive process which enabled us to quickly form the base proposition. The next phase was to test and refine our shared communications platform by speaking to numerous sector leaders (commissioners and delivery professionals), gaining insights and fresh perspectives on need within social care and Children’s Services.
With the Succeed team, we established the company’s ethos and affirmed that it should be positioned as having a ‘people-first’ approach to solving challenges faced every day in Foster Care and other Children’s Services.
